Top tips to help you create perfect art prints every time
- Make sure to push their hand/foot completely onto the ink pad or in the paint to ensure coverage – insteps, and palms can be tricky.- Hold the paper to their foot instead of pushing their foot to the paper, this helps to get the instep printed on the paper.
- Have lots of extra card, so you can choose the best prints at the end, it makes the process more fun and takes the stress off having to create the perfect print the first time.
- Make sure your little one fully spreads out all their fingers when hand painting, otherwise you might end up with some weird printed blobs.
- Baby wipes are great for wiping hands and feet after painting and catching spills during your activity.
